I spent years in corporate law doing mergers and acquisitions for big companies. Complex deals, big teams, long hours.
And somewhere along the way, I realised the people who needed legal help the most were the small business owners — the ones who couldn't afford a big firm, didn't know where to start, and were just getting on with building something they loved.
The clients I think about most are those small business owners. The ones who are genuinely passionate about what they do. Who have built something from nothing. Who are so busy working on their business that the legal stuff keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list.
That's not a criticism, it's completely understandable! Legal feels overwhelming, expensive, and like something you deal with "later".
But, the businesses who get the foundations right early are in a much better position to grow.
That's what I'm here to help with.
